Strawberry smash cake!

The salted chocolate chip cookies

I finally put together the recipe for my chocolate chip cookies! After going through multiple recipes, I eventually created my own. These cookies are perfectly gooey, chocolatey and have maldon sea salt flakes on top to balance out the sweetness!

A floral Croquembouche

This croquembouche is one of the first ones I have created. This tower contains three flavors of choux pastry; caramel espresso, chocolate and vanilla bean mascarpone. Decorations are delicately hand made caramel flowers.

Brown sugar Biscoff crumble cake

This cake is the perfect balance of sweetness. Crunchy Biscoff cookie crumbles drizzled with cookie butter in between each layer of brown sugar cake.
